Arrive with clean, dry hair worn loose so we can see your usual curl pattern. Avoid a tight ponytail immediately before the appointment.

We shape dry first, then wash and finish. We leave time to show you how much product we used and where we applied it.

First visit

Bring the product you use most often, or a photo of the label. We can talk through your routine without asking you to replace everything.
